Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria
o In order to enter the tournament, the player must be born on or after 01/01/2004.
o A valid government-issued ID or birth certificate must be provided to verify age.
Submission of Valid ID proof is mandatory.
2. Team Composition
o There will be 16 teams in total and two groups of 8 teams will be formed. Each team
must consist of a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 15 players and matches will
be fixed through draw system 2 days before gala dinner night at press club Chandigarh.
2 Person from every team will be invited; snacks, food and drinks will be served.
o Total of 8 League matches, 4 Quarter final, 2 Semi final, 1 Match for 3rd place and 1
Match of final will be played.
o Teams must designate a captain, a vice-captain and a team manager at the time of
registration.
o Substitutions for injured players are allowed only with prior approval from the
organizing committee.
o No player will be allowed in the finals directly if he doesn’t play even a single match in
league or not in player’s squad list submitted before.
3. Registration
o Teams must complete their registration by 15 March 2025.
o Registration fees of 10000 through cash, must be paid at the time of registration. Fees
are fully refundable after the match.
o Incomplete or falsified registration forms will result in disqualification and No fees will
be refunded.
o Final decision of team selection by management only there is no challenge on it.
4. Tournament Rules
o Matches will be played in accordance with the rules set by the International Cricket
Council (ICC), unless otherwise specified.
o Each match will be limited to 20 Over’s per side.
o 2 Umpires, 1 Scorer, 1 Match organizer will be provided.
o Umpires’ decisions are final and binding.
o Code of conduct violations, including abusive language or physical altercations, will
result in penalties or disqualification.
5. Match Schedule and Venue
o The tournament will be held on 15th, 16th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th April 2025.
o Matches will take place at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Sector 3 Panchkula Haryana.
o Teams must report at least Half an Hour prior to the scheduled start of their match.
6. Equipment and Attire
o Teams must bring their own cricket equipment, including bats, pads, gloves, and
helmets.
o All players must wear the designated team uniforms during matches.
o The tournament organizers will provide dress and cricket balls.
7. Awards and Prizes
o Winner team will be awarded by INR 2,21,000/-, Runner up INR 1,21,000/- and 3rd
team will get INR 51,000/- and along with this, Trophies, medals and participation
certificate will be awarded to all teams.
o Individual awards for Best Batsman , Best Bowler in every match, and Player of the
Tournamentonly in Final will be given, Etc.
o The organizers reserve the right to modify the prize structure if necessary.
8. Refreshment and Perks
o Breakfast, lunch and Dinner will be served before or after the match.
o Mineral Water/Energy Drinks/Juices/Fruits will be served during the match.
9. Health and Safety
o Players participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries
sustained during the tournament.
o An ambulance for emergency and basic first aid will be available at the venue.
o Players with pre-existing medical conditions must inform the organizers in advance.
10. Media and Promotions
o By participating, players agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional
purposes.
o The organizers hold the rights to use images and videos of matches for marketing and
publicity.
11. Disqualification
o Teams found guilty of cheating or violating tournament rules will be disqualified.
o Any form of harassment or misconduct by players, team officials, or supporters will
result in immediate action.
12. Force Majeure
o The organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events
such as weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond their control.
13. Amendments
o The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any
time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
By registering and participating in the tournament, I and my team and players are agreeing to
abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in penalties or disqualification.
