1 Each match will consist of 8 overs.
2 Each player has to bowl 1 over. One bowler can bowl maximum of 2 overs.
3 If any team player doesn't come, 2 bowler can bowl 2 overs i.e. (2 player x 2 overs, 1 player x 4).
4 First over will be powerplay 1 and Second will be powerplay 2 selected by batting team between 2nd to 8th over.
5 In Powerplay 1 & 2 only 1 fielder allowed to cover the boundary.
6 In Powerplay 2, bowling team can change the bowler if powerplay call is given late.
7 Umpire decision will be final and two player for non playing team will be umpire. No argument with the umpire will be tolerated. 5 runs penalty for any argument with umpire.
8 LBW will not be considered out.
9 Extra runs for wide, no ball and overthrow is available.
10 Free hit will be provided in case of no ball.
11 Waist high full toss and overstepping will be consdired as no ball.
12 Any ball pitched below the half way mark of the pitch will be considered as no ball.
13 Any ball pitched outside the turf pitch will be considered as dead ball. It will be shown to the umpire.
14 Single player batting will be allowed but both sides will be considered as out in case of run out.
15 Throw action will only been considered. Under arm or bowling action will not be considered as it will be considered as no ball.
16 Each team will play 1 match at Group Stage.
17 Eliminator will be played between ranking 2nd and 3rd in the table.
18 Team Ranking 1st will be qualified directly for the final.
19 Winner of Eliminator will be qualified for the Final.
20 In case of tie for Team Ranking will be decided based on net run rate.
21 It is responsibility of captain to assure all players are present, if anyone is absent than team has to play with lesser players.
22 Umpire, Leg Umpire, Scorer and Coin toss will be done by non-playing team.
23 In case of tie for any match, Super over will be played for decision. If 1st Super over is tied then super over will be played again.
24 If both the Super over are tied, match will be decided based on highest number of sixes.
