IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION REGARDING PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

All participating teams are hereby informed that tournament officials will conduct a detailed verification of the submitted 15-player squad. Any inconsistencies or non-compliance with the eligibility criteria may be subject to further scrutiny, and teams may be required to provide clarifications post-submission.  

Eligibility Requirements:  

1. Guest Player Eligibility:
   - Each team is permitted a maximum of three (3) guest players. 
   - All guest players must be permanent residents of Naharkatia LAC.  

2. Eligibility of Regular Players (Non-Guest Players):
   - Regular players who are employees must be officially posted in Naharkatia LAC to qualify.  
   - Mere employment in a department is insufficient; the player must be posted within Naharkatia LAC at the time of participation.  
   - Employees posted outside Naharkatia LAC are strictly ineligible.  

3. Restriction on APCC Players:  
   - Current Under-23 and Under-19 APCC players are strictly ineligible, regardless of their place of residence or employment status.  

4. Team Composition: 
   - Apart from the permitted guest players, all remaining players must belong to the respective department or association, as applicable.  

 Enforcement & Consequences:  
- Tournament officials will rigorously enforce these regulations.  
- Any team found violating these eligibility requirements will face immediate disqualification of the ineligible player(s) from the tournament.  
- Decisions of the officials regarding player eligibility shall be final and binding.  

All teams are expected to comply fully with these guidelines to uphold the integrity and fairness of the competition.
