? Cricket Tournament Rules ?
1. Match Format:
- Each match will consist of 5 overs per team.
2. Retirement Rule:
- If a player scores 25 runs in a game, they must retire and allow the next player to bat.
3. Opening Batters:
- The opening pair must compulsorily include one male and one female player.
4. Super Over:
- In the Semi-Finals and Final, if the match ends in a tie, a Super Over will be played to decide the winner.
5. Power Ball Rule:
- The 4th ball of every over will be a Power Ball.
- Runs scored during the Power Ball will be doubled.
- If a player is out on a Power Ball, 4 runs will be deducted from the team’s total.
- The Power Ball will only be a legal delivery.
- If the 4th ball is a no-ball or a dead ball, the next legal delivery will become the Power Ball.
6. Female Bowling Requirement:
- Each team must ensure that at least one over is bowled by a female player during the match.
7. Boundary Rule:
- Maximum of 3 players only allowed at the boundary.
8. Team Composition:
- The team is finalized, no changes will be allowed.
9. Umpire’s Decision:
- The umpire’s decision will be final and binding.
