2 groups of 12 teams will be made and each group will consist of 6 teams 
8 overs league match will be played in group stage 
10 overs match will be played in play offs

Trophy for Best Batsman ,Best Bowler and Man of the match

Minimum of 4 bowlers required for each team
Captain should select playing 11 from the made team which has 15members

Ball will be provided by the organising team
