Conditions:
1) The players willing to play in MPL must belong to Hullenahalli Gram Panchayat Limits.
2) The player must have an authentic record such as UID/EPIC/DL.
3) The players with a fake documents will be immediately eliminated from the tournament.
4) The players, who are sold out to a particular team,  must represent the team.
5) The new players, who are not sold out to any teams, are not allowed to play and are strictly prohibited to take a particular in favour of any team in the tournament.
6) The exchange of players from team to team is not allowed.

 ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:
 1) ಎಂಪಿಎಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವ ಆಟಗಾರರು ಹುಲ್ಲೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿರಬೇಕು.
 2) ಆಟಗಾರನು UID/EPIC/DL ನಂತಹ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
 3) ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
 4) ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರಾಟವಾದ ಆಟಗಾರರು ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು.
 5) ಯಾವುದೇ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗದ ಹೊಸ ಆಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಆಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಂಡದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
 6) ತಂಡದಿಂದ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಆಟಗಾರರ ವಿನಿಮಯವನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
