WCCL RULES:

 - League matches will be 14 overs, Round 2nd of 15 Overs & Finals will be of 20 overs per innings & must be complete within stipulated time.
 - Each side will have 11 players on the field. (4 substitutes)
 - A bowler can bowl a maximum of 4 overs in each inning.
 - First 3 overs will be mandatory power play (2 players allow outside 30 yard circle).
 - There will be 1 over batting power play that can be taken any time after 8th over
 - Team has to report 30 minutes before the game start time allotted to them.
 - Minimum 7 players are required to start the match.
 - Umpire decision will be final. Anytime if the Umpires cannot make the decision, organizers will step up and make the decision.
 - Incase of a tie in score equal points shall be awarded in League match to both the teams
 - Incase of equal points in league matches Run rate will be considered.
 - Run rate will be calculated as (Total runs scored/total Overs Played)-(Runs Given/total overs Played) incase of all out total overs match will be
   considered as “Total Overs Played”
 - Incase of a Tie in Semi-final or Final Super over will be played to decide the winner of that match
 - Free Hit will be awarded for Over stepping, Side line touch, Full toss ball above waist height, Bouncer above shoulder height.
 - No runs considered for deliberate padding (No short attempted)
 - No warning to be provided for action out, If a player is found outside the crease before releasing the ball from Bowler, and Bowler attempts action out.
 - All players should in proper sports wear. (T-shirt provided by the organiser, track pant, sports shoes)
 - Players has to carry their Company Id card for organiser to verify at any given point.
 - Match will be played as per ICC rules except LBW and rules specified above.

WCCL Goal:

WISH ONE SMILE - NGO- Working for Basic development and Education awareness in Non affording Family, lower income families living in slums, where children’s are not getting their education due to high expenses. We are working to develop basic activities in their routine and giving them good education at their home. Different activities are done by our organisation that can help children’s for their future development.

 - Wishonesmile had successfully Organised a small Charity cricket tournament last year Dec-16.
 - Organization is thankful to all the participating teams, viewers and supporters to make it successful.
 - We look forward to connect with more organisation by organising another tournament for corporates to connect with each other but with a social cause.
 - This tournament is of different type as it splits into two different Cups hence there are 2 Winners and 2 Runner Up.
 - Wish one smile-wishes a smile on faces of children’s which can be done by participating in sports for enjoyment but supporting needy one’s too.
