OPEN AGE GROUP T-20 KNOCKOUT, Men's SELECTION TOURNAMENT
• PLAYING CONDITIONS •
* ✓ REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
1. Original & COLOUR ZEROX COPY OF AADHAR CARD. FOR RESIDENTIAL PROOF OF RAIGAD DISTRICT.
* Reporting Time -TWO MATCHES ON Each GROUND . MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
MORNING MATCH- Teams have to report on Ground at 8.30 am.
AFTERNOON MATCH- Teams have to report at 12.30 pm.
MORNING MATCH Toss Time- In Between 9.00am to 9.15am.
Schedule start time - 9.30 am
AFTERNOON MATCH Toss time- 1.00 to 1.15 pm.
Schedule start time - 1.30 pm
*REPORTING LATE - As per the consent and Agreement of all representative members of Club/Team,RDCA will take strict action against team's reporting late.Any team report's late on ground have to pay fine of rs.5000 to RDCA.
* Curtailment of overs - In case of any kind of delay/distrubance before the start of the match the number of overs shall be reduced taking into consideration availability of time.both the team will get equal number of overs even if the team report's late.
* ANY TEAM REPORTING ANYTIME AFTER 30 mins of schedule start time. WILL NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY MATCH. APPONANT TEAM PRESNT WILL BE AWARDED 2 POINT.
* RDCA COMMITTEE RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO WAIVE FINE OR ALLOW TO TEAM TO PLAY MATCH IN CASE OF TEAM REPORTING LATE.
* * If the match doesn't start after the Toss or Both the Sides are unable to play 5 overs without being all All Out, Then the match will be abandoned and each Team will get 1 point each.
* If the Toss doesn't take place due to unavoidable circumstances then the match will be rescheduled provided that both Teams have reported on the ground in Time.
1. Matches will be played as per MCA Playing Conditions for Men’s T-20 Matches with few changes.
2. All matches will be consisting of one inning per side. Each inning will be limited to maximum 20 overs.
3. Matches will be played by white ball.
4. MCA Playing Conditions for Men’s T-20 will be applied whenever possible.
5. Each Team will consist of 11 Nominated players (Playing 11 ) with maximum 4 substitute players. That should be nominated in playing list before the toss.
*6. Each team shall submit players list of Minimum 11 & maximum 20 players. Player's Name can be added to team squad until the start of their last league Match. No player is strictly allowed to add to list after the league Matches.
7. Over rate 4.25 per over. 14.11 overs per hour.
8. Power play first 6 overs. Rest all overs maximum 5 fielders allowed outside the 30 yard circle.
9. A Bowler can bowl Maximum of 4 overs. If innings overs are reduced Umpire's will notify the limit of overs per Bowler. For innings of rescheduled length of between 5 and 9 overs, no bowler may bowl more than two overs.
10. In the event of a tied match the teams shall compete in a Super Over to determine the winner. If super over is tie, then unless exceptional circumstances arise subsequent super overs shall be played from the actual finish time of the tied match for an hour’s time until there is a winner in an uninterrupted match.
11. Team coaches/Representative are strictly not allowed to shout or coaching from outside is not allowed.
12. INJURY - RAIGAD DISTRICT CRICKET ASSOCIATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INJURIES BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE MATCH.EACH TEAM HAVE TI TAKE ALL THE REQUIRED PRECAUTIONS ON THERE OWN.
13. IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE, RDCA COMMITTEE WILL TAKE THE FINAL DECISION WHICH WILL BE BINDING TO ALL.
14. EVERY PLAYER FROM EACH TEAM HAS TO PRODUCE THERE TRUE AND RELEVANT DOCUMENTS REGARDING THEIR AGE AND ADDRESS PROOF. IF ANY PLAYER IS FOUND GUILTY WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS THAT PLAYER WILL BE BANNED FROM PARTICIPATING IN RDCA TOURNAMENTS FOR 2 YEARS AND WHOLE TEAM WILL BE DEBARRED FROM THAT TOURNAMENT AND HAS TO PAY A FINE OF ₹10000.
