1. Registration:

• Entry fee per team: ₹1,516.

2. Match Rules:

• Match rules and schedule will be informed during registration.

• Teams must follow the regulations set by the organizing committee.

• The umpire’s decision is final and binding.

3. Venue and Time:

• Matches will start daily at 9:00 AM.

• The tournament will take place from January 11 to January 15, 2025.

• Venue: Kothur, Mulugu district.

4. Prizes:

• 1st Prize: ₹30,116 + Trophy.

• 2nd Prize: ₹15,116.

5. Player Eligibility:

• All players must belong to the same village.

• Players must present valid ID proof before the start of the match.

• Teams violating this rule will be disqualified.

6. Conduct:

• Players must exhibit good sportsmanship on the field.

• Any violation of rules or the code of conduct will lead to team disqualification.

7. Weather and Other Conditions:

• The committee reserves the right to reschedule matches due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Refund Policy:

• The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

9. Complaints:

• Any objections or complaints must be reported to the organizing committee immediately.

10. Responsibility:

• The organizing committee is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses during the tournament.
