| 1 | Group matches will be played based on the League system with each team getting to play two matche |
| 2 | All the students should carry the Original Somaiya Identity card during each match. |
| 3 | There will be 5 overs in each inning of the match. can bowl 2 overs. |
| 4 | The ball used for the Tournament will be Light Tennis Ball. |
| 5 | The 1st over will be mandatory powerplay. A minimum of 4 bowlers needs to be used to complete the quota of 5 overs,thus, only one bowler |
| 6 | Maintaining the over rate is the responsibility of the Captain on the field. |
| 7 | The top four teams with the highest points and net run rate (calculated up to 3 decimal points) from the consolidated table will qualify for the semi finals. |
| 8 | A fresh drawing of the lots will be done before the semi finals. |
| 9 | Points Table in league matches, Winning Team will get 2 points and in case of tie both the team will get 1 point each. NO Super Over in the League Stage. |
| 10 | In Knock out stage if match is tied, then same match will be played with SUPER OVER & if SUPER OVER also ends in a tie, winner will be decided by FRESH COIN TOSS. |
| 11 | Before the toss of each match, both teams should submit their playing 11 list in writing to the organizing committee. |
| 12 | The Wining Trophy is on a rolling basis |
| 13 | Each team should report to the venue 60 minutes before the scheduled match timing mentioned in the schedule |
| 14 | Umpires’ decision will be final and abiding. |
| 15 | All the rules, rights and regulations regarding the tournament are solely reserved by the committee |
| 16 | Players’ co-operation and support is essential for making the tournament successful. |
| 17 | Somaiya ID is compulsory to participate in the tournament. |
| 18 | The committee has the complete authority to disqualify any player to participate in this tournament. |
| 19 | The team or representatives should obey the decision taken by the committee. |
