1. All matches should be start by given time otherwise no option rather than reduse the overs for both team. 
2. Which team is delayed will penalties by 5 runs. This rule will follow stricktly so we can conduct all matches in proper time.
3. Umpire's decisions will be final, if any doubt only captain to speak with Umpire, both umpires will discuss the doubt and finally there will no longer argument once umpire declare his decision.
4. Visit visa, out of Dhofar and guest players will not allowed to participate in this Tournament. 
5. After winning the toss captain immediately declare what they choose to. 
6. All ICC rules applicable except LBW and Leg bye.
7. 8 Overs match, 2 Overs mandatory Power play. 
8. Min 5 bowlers to be use (2 2 2 1 1).
9. During power play 8 players must be field in to inner circle. 
10. Only register 16 players will play within team
