1. Umpire decision will be the final decision and no more arguments

2. ⁠Captain should take responsibility to maintain his team in a disciplined manner 

3. No abusing of umpire is  allowed at any cost.

4. ⁠Impact player is allowed 

5. ⁠If opponent team is not available for the scheduled match, then available team will be declared as winner 

6. All games should be played with good sportsmanship

7. T20 format – White ball – Dress Code: Team Jersey; End change after 10 overs.

8. Only 3 Substitutes allowed for fielding. Metal spikes NOT allowed for batting & bowling.

9. Teams will be ranked based on points followed by run- rate to required decimal points.

10. Top 2 teams will play the Qualifiers & Top 3 & 4. Will play eliminator match.

11.Top 2 teams will play qualifier1

Top 3 &4 will play eliminator.

12.Losser from qualifer1

And winner from eliminator will play qualifier2.

13.Both winners from  qualifier 1 & qualifier 2 will play for Gold Cup.

14.Looser from eliminator & qualifier 2 will play for Silver Cup.

15.As per the Tournament rules Mankading is allowed.

16.A tied game will be decided through a super over. A tied super over will be decided by organizers (bowl out and by Toss)

17.Every Team should give 22 members squad before tournament.

18.In  case of unavailability of 11 players for a game from the 22 members squad, new player can be allowed for a team in the league match, but no new player will be allowed in qualifiers & finals unless until if he plays atleast 1 league match in ongoing tournament.

19.A player is only allowed to play for only one Team.

20.Playing 11+1 Impact Players to be submitted to scorer before the toss (Playing 11.should be in the ground before 6 overs of first innings, if not player won’t be part of playing 12)

22.Drinks break of 5 mins may be taken at the time of End change (i.e. 10 overs) of the innings.

23.Every batsman MUST wear helmet while batting for their own protection and safety purpose.)

24.New ICC Rule is applicable – i.e., the new batter coming in will have to face the next ball.

Rain  Affected/Force Majeure RULES

1.  If the match is abandoned due to rain before 6 overs of the 1st innings then match will be rescheduled.

2.  If match is abandoned after 6 overs of the second innings then result will be announced based on DLS method.

3. ⁠ If the match is abandoned after 6 overs of 1st innings and before 6 overs of second innings then point will be shared.
