**Tournament Rules**
1. **Match Format**
- **League Matches**: 12 overs per innings. A maximum of two bowlers can bowl up to 3 overs each.
- **Final Match**: 15 overs per innings, with a maximum of 5 bowlers can bowl up to 3 overs each.
2. **Powerplay Rules**
- In 12-over matches, the first 3 overs are designated as the Powerplay.
- During the Powerplay, only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
- After the Powerplay, a maximum of 5 fielders can be positioned outside the 30-yard circle.
For Final 15 overs match power play would be for 5 overs
3. **Player Participation**
- Only 11 players are allowed per team.
NO IMPACT PLAYER
- In case of a shortage of players, a substitute is permitted but can only field (no batting or bowling).
4. **Help Runners**
- Each inning allows two batters to use help runners if needed.
5. **Umpire’s Authority**
- The umpire’s decision is final and must be respected.
- Only the captain and vice-captain may communicate with the umpire.
6. **Behavioral Conduct**
- No arguments with the umpire are permitted.
- Team members not actively playing should remain outside the field.
7. **Dressing Code**
- All players must wear their respective team jerseys and appropriate sports shoes.
- Exceptions can be made for individuals with specific requirements, subject to prior approval.
8. **Game Equipment**
- A new ball will be used for each innings.
9. **Scoring Rules**
- All types of runs are allowed except for leg byes. Runs include byes, overthrows, etc.
