U-16 Men's SELECTION TOURNAMENT
• PLAYING CONDITIONS •
* CUT OFF DATE - ON AND AFTER 01/09/2009.
*ALL COORDINATORS OF RESPECTIVE ACADEMY/CLUB ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THEIR AFFIDAVIT ON GROUND BEFORE MATCH COMPULSORILY.
IT IS COMPULSORY TO HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF PLAYERS WITH THE COACH/REPRESENTATIVE.
* REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
1. COLOUR ZEROX COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
2. Birth certificate Xerox.
3.Current School/College Birth bonafaide certificate Xerox.
4.Last two years School College. marksheet Xerox.
* Reporting Time - Each Team have to report on Ground at 8.30 am.
Toss Time- In Between 9.00am to 9.15am.
Schedule start time - 9.30 am
*REPORTING LATE - As per the consent and Agreement of all representative members of Club/Team,RDCA will take strict action against team's reporting late.Any team report's on ground anytime after 9.30 to 10.00am have to pay fine of rs.2000 to RDCA.
Any team report's anytime after 10.00 am to 10.30 am has to fine of rs.5000 to RDCA.
* Curtailment of overs - In case of any kind of delay/ distrubance before the start of the match the number of overs shall be reduced taking into consideration availability of time.both the team will get equal number of overs even if the team report's late.
* ANY TEAM REPORTING ANYTIME AFTER 10.30am WILL NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY MATCH. APPONANT TEAM PRESNT WILL BE AWARDED 2 POINT.
* RDCA COMMITTEE RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO WAIVE FINE OR ALLOW TO TEAM TO PLAY MATCH IN CASE OF TEAM REPORTING LATE.
• * If the match doesn't start after the Toss or Both the Sides are unable to play 20 overs without being all All Out, Then the match will be abandoned and each Team will get 1 point each.
* If the Toss doesn't take place due to unavoidable circumstances then the match will be rescheduled provided that both Teams have reported on the ground in Time.
1. Matches will be played as per MCA oneday Limited overs playing conditions with few changes.
2..All matches will be consist of one inning per side.Each inning will be limited to maximum 40 overs.
3. Matches will be played by Red ball.
4.MCA oneday pc will be applied whenever possible.
5*. Each Team will consist of 14 Nominated players. All 14 players from the Nominated Players' list can bat/bowl during the match.That should be nominated in playing list before the toss. While Fielding only 11 players on the field of play. Either Fall of 13 wicket or complition of 40 overs.
6.Each team shall submit player's list of maximum 20 player's. *If due to any unavoidable reasons RDCA may allow to make changes in team list.
7. Over rate 4.2 per over.14.28 overs per hour.
8. Power play first 8 overs. Rest all overs max 5 fielders allowed out side the 30 yard circle.
9. A Bowler can bowl Maximum of 8 overs .If innings overs are reduced Umpire's will notify the limit of overs per Bowler.
10. Team coaches/Representative are strictly not allowed to shout or coaching from outside is not allowed.
11. INJURY - RAIGAD DISTRICT CRICKET ASSOCIATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INJURIES BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE MATCH.EACH TEAM HAVE TI TAKE ALL THE REQUIRED PRECAUTIONS ON THERE OWN.
12. IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE, RDCA COMMITTEE WILL TAKE THE FINAL DECISION WHICH WILL BE BINDING TO ALL.
13. EVERY PLAYER FROM EACH TEAM HAS TO PRODUCE THERE TRUE AND RELEVANT DOCUMENTS REGARDING THERE AGE PROOF.IF ANY PLAYER IS FOUND GUILTY WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS THAT PLAYER AND WHOLE TEAM WILL BE DEBARRED FROM THAT TOURNAMENT AND STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON THAT PLAYER.
