● For each match, 11 members will be in the playing XI, and the remaining 3 will be designated as substitutes.An Impact player can be selected from the substitutes, who can be decided after the toss.

4. Match Rules and Regulations

o Powerplay: The first 6 overs will be the power play, with a

maximum of 2 fielders outside the 30-yard circle.

o No Balls and Free Hits: All the no balls will result in a free hit.

o Substitutions: Teams can substitute up to 3 players with

umpires consent

5. Fielding Restrictions and Timings

● Powerplay (First 6 Overs): A maximum of 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.

● Post-Powerplay (Overs 7-20): After the power play, a maximum of 5 fielders can be positioned outside the 30-yard circle for the rest of the innings.

At any point during the innings, a maximum of 5 fielders is allowed on the leg side of the field.

The fielding team is allowed a maximum of 90 minutes to complete their 20 overs. The captain of the fielding team is responsible for ensuring the overs are bowled within the allotted time.

o If the bowling team exceeds the 90-minute limit, only 4 players will be allowed outside the 30-yard circle for the overs bowled after the stipulated time.

● Penalties: If a team fails to bowl their overs within the allocated time,penalties in fielding restrictions will be applied. Penalties for incidents of obstruction of field will be decided by on-field umpires according to ICC rules.(ICC rules will be followed for other penalties also)

● Net Run Rate: Used to determine standings if teams are tied on points.It will be as per Cric heroes application

o Batsmen will not be allowed to enter the field without wearing proper safety gear

o Batsmen are requested to face a pace or medium-pace bowler wearing helmets for player safety.

o Wicketkeepers and close-in fielders (e.g., silly point, short leg,) are also requested to stand close to the stumps wearing helmets and guards.

Teams are required to wear the jersey provided by the

organizing committe
