All matches will be of 12 over innings.

Resting team can lend fielders, those fielders will only bat after all playing team batters gets out.

Both playing team should agree on fielders borrowed from resting team as that fielder might get batting

Borrowed fielders from resting team will only field in inner circle as they will also field for their match

Both umpire will be from resting team. Umpire decision is final. No pin points to umpire decision or mistakes

Each team to use 7 bowlers in each innings for bowling. One bowler can maximum bowl 2 overs

There will be additional 1 over batting power play which batting team captain can decide & announce before start of over. There will be additional 1 over batting PP which batting team captain can decide & announce before start of over. Max 3 players outside inner circle allowed for batting power play. Last over will be batting PP if batting team forget to take batting power play

5 fielders max outside of inner circle

No runners allowed except batter injured on field

Any bowler suspect of chuck action to be reviewed by all 3 captains and should be joint decision

Captain is responsible to follow up with their team players and ensure their playing 11 are on field. They can only borrow players if they don't have enough players from their squad on the ground.

Each inning should complete within 50 minutes. 3 fielders outside inner circle for every short over.

Each team will be nominated to reach early on ground and hold pitch, set up boundaries and roll out turns on weekly basis

Each captain have 1 unsuccessful DRS for run out in whole match whether its upto captain whether he want to take at the time of batting or bowling. 20 seconds maximum time to take DRS after umpires decision. If DRS is also not clear than umpire decision will be last decision

Any new player outside of team squads has to decided on ground and all 3 captains to decide for agreement

Toss for league matches has to be done latest at 6.25am. The batting innings for the team short of players will reduce overs for every 5 minutes if we can’t start match. Whichever captain is not present will loss the toss. Representative from team will be okay to complete the toss

Only one batter who is next batter can stay near leg umpire from batting side

Umpires call is final for deciding boundaries after mutual decision with players, resting team and discussion among both umpires
