Teams:

- Parsippany Strikers, Parsippany Super Kings, Knoll Cricket Club.

- 3 matches followed by a final. The team with the most wins proceeds. In case all teams win one match, **Net Run Rate (NRR)** will determine finalists.

Match Format:

- **16 overs per match**.

- **Max 4 overs per bowler**.

- **Powerplay**: First 4 overs (max 2 fielders outside the inner circle).

Points and NRR:

- **Win**: 2 points.

- **Tie**: Super over to decide the winner.

- If NRR is required, it will be calculated based on the performance across all matches.

Wide Ball:

- Any ball bowled outside the wide markers (3 feet from the middle stump) will be called a **wide**.

- A bouncer above the batsman’s head will be called a **wide** unless the batsman hits the ball.

- Umpires may use discretion for calls on the edge of the pitch.

No Ball:

- A **no ball** is called if:

  - The bowler oversteps the popping crease.

  - A full toss ball is bowled above the waist.

  - The bowler’s back foot touches or crosses the return crease.

 Umpiring Rules:

- Neutral umpires will be accommodated if possible. 

- If neutral umpires are not available, the **opposite team's umpires** will officiate.

**Only captains**, umpires, and the bowler are allowed to discuss decisions during the match.

- No other players are to be involved in these discussions.

Weather Rules:

- Matches will be scored on **CricHeros**.

- If rain or bad weather stops play and the match is canceled, both teams will receive **1 point each**.

 Finals:

The two top teams based on points or NRR will play the final.
