2. Empire decision will be last decision
3. Tournament will be played only in coloured uniform
4. Conduct of misbehave with umpires and other officials will be banned for whole tournament
5. Open Tournament
6. Only 16 players are allowed to participate in whole tournament for any team
7. Any player without uniform is 5 run penalty
