General Rules
Registration: The registration amount must be paid on or before September 20th. Only registered players can participate. Team changes must be submitted by September 20th and cannot be made after the tournament starts.
Playing XI: Teams must submit their playing XI and impact player before the match starts. Fielders can join the team before the power play if they were unable to field at the start.
Team Size: Teams will consist of 18 players (11 players 7 extras).
Scoring: 2 points will be awarded for each win during the league phase. In case of a tie, net run rate will determine qualification for the next round.
Tiebreaker: In knockout matches, a Super Over will be played to determine the winner. If the Super Over is tied, the team with the most boundaries will win.
Match Rules
Equipment: Hard new "RED" Tennis balls will be used in the first over of the match. Teams should bring their own bats, wicket-keeping gloves, and at least one stump.
Late Start: Teams responsible for late starts will face a penalty of reduced power play overs.
Minimum Players: Matches can start with a minimum of 9 players, but substitute players are not allowed during the power play.
Broken Balls: If a ball is deemed broken, the last delivery will be considered a dead ball, and the ball will be replaced.
Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. After that, it will be considered "Late Coming."
Power Play:
6:16 AM: 4-over power play
6:25 AM: 3-over power play
After 6:30 AM: No power play
Scoring and Fielding Rules
Wides, No Balls, Byes, and Overthrows: The same rules as in international cricket apply, including the no-ball rule and free hits.
No Balls: No balls will be called for front foot no balls, waist-height no balls, balls bouncing over the head or multiple times, balls pitching outside the line, or bowlers breaking wickets while delivering the ball.
Player Conduct: Players found talking or moving side by side while the bowler is taking a run-up will receive a warning. A second offense will result in a no-ball.

LBW: There are no LBWs in this tournament.
Fielding Restrictions: During the power play, only 2 fielders can stay outside the circle. After the power play, the maximum is 5 fielders.
Leg Side Fielders: A maximum of 5 fielders can stand on the leg side, excluding the bowler.
Umpires may allow substitute fielders who are listed as players on the team roster.

Bowling Overs:
20-over tournaments: Maximum overs a bowler can bowl is 4 overs in an innings.
15-over tournaments: Maximum overs a bowler can bowl is 3 overs in an innings.
Innings Breaks:
20-over tournaments: Innings break after the 10th over.
15-over tournaments: Innings break after the 8th over.
Chucking: Umpires have the right to call a bowler for chucking, resulting in a no-ball. 
Player Conduct: Captains are responsible for player conduct. Players are not allowed to run onto the field. Disputes should be addressed by the team captain. Personal abuse is not tolerated. Captains must mark boundaries and the middle circle before the match starts.
Umpire Decisions: The umpire's decision is final. Teams can request a review through their captain.
Player Eligibility: Players must play a minimum of four league matches to be eligible for knockout matches, except for players on vacation.
