*Match Start and Penalty for Delay*: Matches will commence at the scheduled time. A delay in the start of the match will result in penalties as follows:

- For every 5-minute delay, the team responsible will have 1 over deducted from their allotted overs.

- A delay of 10 minutes will result in a deduction of 3 overs from the responsible team's innings.

  

Additionally, if a team is unable to field the full squad at the scheduled start time, they must begin the match with the players who are present on the field. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join until the next available over, ensuring the match proceeds without further interruptions.

*Note*: Captains, please ensure your team arrives on time for your scheduled matches at the turf. Timely arrival is crucial to avoid penalties and maintain the flow of the tournament.
