Features Of The 4th Edition Of Andergam Premier League!!!
1. The Tournament Will Be Played On League Basis.
2. Eight Teams Are Going To Participate In The Tournament Which Have Been Put Into Two Separate Groups. Each Team Will Play 3 League Matches.Top Two Teams From Each Group Will Qualify For The Semi-Finals. The Semi-Finals Will Be Played As A1 Vs B2 And A2 Vs B1.
3. The Top Team In Both The Pools, After The Completion Of League Stage, Will Directly Qualify For The Semi-Finals. No Qualifying Match Will Be Played In This Tournament.
4. The Tournament Fee Is Rs. 7,500/= Half Of Which Need To Be Paid In Advance In Order To Confirm The Entry.
5. The Matches Will Be Played Of 16 Overs Each.
6. If Any Match Gets Abandoned Before The 5 Overs Of The Second Innings, Both The Teams Will Share 1 Point Each. If 5 Or More Overs Of The Second Innings Of The Match Are Played And Then The Match Gets Stopped Due To Bad Weather Or Dim-Light , Then The Result Of The Match Will Be Decided As Per The International DLS Method. Also, The Match Will Be Decided On The Basis Of DLS Method If It Isn't Completed Before The Magrib Prayer Call.
7. Incase Any Controversy Is Created During The Tournament, The Controversy Will Be Sort Out By The Sports Association Andergam And The In-Tournament Captains.
8. Coloured Uniform Is Compulsory. No Player Will Be Allowed To Play Without Uniform.
9. Umpires Are Authorized To Make Decisions, And Their Decisions Are Usually Final. Objection To An Umpire's Decision Won't Be Tolerated. Players, Coaches, And Team Officials Are Expected To Respect The Umpire's Decision And Not To Argue Or Dispute With Them. In Cricket, There Are Instances Where Both On-Field Umpires Can Consult With Each Other To Make A Decision,This Is Allowed In Certain Situations.
10. Indiscipline Won't Be Tolerated. Incase Any Player Is Found Creating Any Kind Of Indiscipline Or Spotted Making False Comments About The Association Or The Tournament, Will Be Banned For The Entire Tournament.
11. The Captains Are Also Directed To Keep The Reporting Time Of The Match In Mind. Overs Will Be Deducted If Any Team Doesn't Report The Ground On The Given Time.
12. Smoking And Use Of Cell Phone Is Prohibited During The Match. If Any Player Is Found Indulging In Such Activities, Strict Action Will Be Taken Against The Said Player.
13. The Captains Are Directed To Give Their Playing XI And 12Th Man Before Starting The Match And No Player Will Be Allowed To Enter The Ground During The Match Without Proper Uniform.
14. If Any Player Is Found Using Abusive Language Especially During The Match, He Will Be Banned And Fined Accordingly.
15. The Balls And Water Will Be Provided By The Organising Body In Every Match.
16. Player Of The Match Will Be Given In Every Match.
