17.every players should be in the ground with in power play that is 8 overs.And if any  players should reaches after the powerplay and  is not eligible to bat and bowl and can do field. 

18.reporting time for mng match 7:15 and afternoon slot 12 pm without fail.

19.if any team comes late and will reduce the overs to the late team based on time.
