Rules:

Arvalli District Girimala Cricket Association broadly adopts the •30-30 match playing conditions and The laws of cricket (2000 Code 4. Edition -2010) and these rules apply except as varied hereunder of advised by arvalli District Girimala Cricket Association cricket management committee. 

 Fixtures and match schedule shall be informed to participating teams prior to the event and no change in the fixture & schedule will be  undertaken.

The tournament shall be conducted on league basis.

Matches shall be of 30 over an inning. First 8 oven will be mandatory power play. At least. four fielders shall have to be within the 30-metre circle throughout the innings in all the matches.

No bowlers shall be allowed to bowl more than 1/5° of the total number of available over a side. Each bowler should bowl maximum of 6 overs only an inning

60 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Failing in which walk over can be awarded to the opponent at organizers direction.

Teams reporting late shall loose over's at the rate of 1 over for every 4 minutes.

In case the fielding side fails to complete their quota of over's in the stipulated time. a penalty of existing average runs per over shall be awarded to the batting side.

In case the match didn't commence due to bad weather of any unavoidable reason, spin of coin shall be used to take decision except for finals.

Misbehavior of any kind on of off the field shall lead to disqualification.

The umpires shall be sole judges of the conditions of the pitch. outfield. and other conditions of play of any other disputes between the teams. The decisions of the umpires shall be fun] and binding on all the  to a minimum of 12 overs a side.
