Captains need to give the name of MPACT before the start of the match i.e after the toss and he can bowl/bat as per team’s need. But in a match only 8 players can bowl and bat. However, 9th players can be utilized as wicket keeper or any other position and anyone can keep if the captain wants but in that case the net out will be nullified. 9th player in the field means keeper is mandatory.
2. No Running: Runs are declared based on rules.
3. Batting Power Play: 5th over, with no fielders allowed on the boundary.
4. Bowlers: 6 bowlers minimum, with restrictions of 2 over max by 2 bowlers.
5. No-Balls: No warnings for overstepping, and free hits for all no-balls.
6. Late Comers:  Matches will start on time with available players. No substitute allowed.  It is captains’ responsibility to have all players on ground on time. Player will be allowed to join the fielding team after running over completion.
7. Nick-Out: Edge is out if ball hits the half net area. If ball goes between net and pole, then it’s not out. Edge out on the net only be considered when there is no wicket keeper.
8. Bouncer: Only one bouncer is allowed per over. Second bouncer will be no ball. The bouncer over the head will be wide. Bouncer will be the umpire’s call. Both umpires can discuss and can come to conclusion and can use recording if needed.
9. Free-Hit: Free hit will be given on the No ball whether it is any type of No ball. Outside the park will be out on the No ball as well.
10. Substitution: In case any of the player walks out due to any reason match will progress with available players. No replacement - For players who are unavailable for any reason during match time, no replacement will be provided.
11. Recording:  Power play will be recorded from outside (Usual Midoff Area). Umpire/Recorder to review the recording immediately and confirm a green signal for next bowl.
12. Review System : 1 Review per inning for team.

14. Pole: If ball hits the pole near bowling area then it will be considered as one bounce. I.e. After hitting the pole, it will be considered 4 not a six if ball goes to boundary. Similarly 1, 2 and 3 run will be given if ball goes to respective area fence and over fence after hitting the pole. This is because impact of pole is much higher than wire anc change the trajectory of ball to maximum.
15. Match Delegates: Captains need to nominate Umpire, Scorer(Sameer for all match) and Recorder.
16. Restrictions:  Only players and umpires are allowed in ground. Even scorer and recorder are not allowed. Third team will not stand behind the batting area. They can stand around children playing area.
