The Grand Slam League: Tournament Rules & Structure
1. League Matches:
- Each team will play 3 league matches.
- League matches will be 10 overs per side.
- After all league matches are completed, the top 8 teams will qualify for the quarter-finals.
2. Quarter-Final Selection Criteria:
- The top 2 teams from each of the 3 groups will automatically qualify.
- Additionally, the 2 teams with the highest points and best Net Run Rate (NRR) across all groups will also qualify.
- The quarter-final matchups will be determined based on points and NRR from the league stage.
- Quarter-finals are elimination matches and will also be 10 overs per side.
3. Semi-Finals:
- The 4 winning teams from the quarter-finals will advance to the semi-finals.
- Semi-final matches will be 11 overs per side.
4. Finals:
- The 2 winning teams from the semi-finals will compete in the final match.
- The final will also be 11 overs per side.
