General Rules and Regulations

• The duly filled entry form with complete names of the participants in capital letters must reach either by hard copy or through e-mail at events@stthomasdwarka.com latest by 16th November 2017 (Thursday). However, telephonic confirmation can be done by 13th November 2017 (Monday) on the given phone numbers.
• On the spot entries will not be entertained.
• All the participants must be in their respective sports kit and should bring their own equipment for the tournament.
• I-card of the participants should be duly signed by their respective school Principal.
• The team must report 30 minutes before the commencement of the match, failing which walk over will be given to the opponent team.
• Winner and Runner-up team will be awarded certificates and trophies/ medals.
• Schedule of the tournament will be sent to the enrolled schools via e-mail.
• In case of change / cancellation by the tournament committee, timely intimation shall be made.

MATCH RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The tournament will be conducted on league cum knock out basis.
2. Each match will be 20 overs aside till the final.
3. Red ball will be used for the matches so white kit is mandatory for all the teams.
4. It is mandatory for participants to carry the age proof not with them. The player should be born on or after 1-1-2006.
5. All matches will be played in an lush green ground on the mat.
6. In case of any dispute during the match, Umpire decision will be final.
7. One bowler can bowl maximum 4 overs.
8. Two supersub are allowed in the team.
9. Reporting time:

                 1 st Match 08:30 hrs

                  2 nd Match 11:30 hrs
