KAS CORPORATE LEAGUE 2020

• In case of a tie match, the winner shall be decided through Super-Over. 

• In case of a Super-Over tie, the winner shall be decided by toss.

• White Cricket (Leather) ball will be used in the whole tournament. 

• All the matches have 20-overs inning. 

• Minimum 5 bowlers to be used bowling maximum 4 overs in an inning. 

• Eleven players should be available for every match.

• Team Captain and Manager will be solely responsible for team actions. 

• LBW appeals are considered in the tournament. 

• Wide, Overthrow, Byes, No Ball and Leg Byes shall be considered as a Run.

• No bouncers allowed. 

• Free-Hit will be granted for all no-balls. 

• Umpire Decision is regarded as the final decision in the tournament. 

• Decisions involving the Operations, Organization, Interpretation of Rules & Regulations, and Terms & Conditions for the event will be determined by the Tournament Organizing Committee. 

• The decisions of the Tournament Organizing Committee are final and definite. 

• Organizing Committee will only provide balls and wickets for all matches. Rest of the cricket equipment should be brought by the teams. 

• The full Team has to report in the ground min. 30 minutes before the match start time. 

• If 7 players are not present at the toss time, the toss will be granted to the opposition. 

• Every team will have a maximum of 85 minutes for each innings. If there are any delays (without injury), teams have to accept the Tournament Organizing Committee decisions. 

 

ENTRY FEES

• Every team has to pay the Entry Fees of AED 1500 before the tournament

• Minimum amount of AED 750 has to be paid to the Tournament Organizing Committee before the start of first Group match.

• The balance amount has to be paid to the Tournament Organizing Committee before the start of second Group match.

 

 

TROPHY & BEST PERFORMANCE 

• Winners will be awarded AED 2500, KAS CORPORATE LEAGUE 2020 Winners Trophy and Medals to the 15-team squad.

• Runners-up will be awarded AED 1000, KAS CORPORATE LEAGUE 2020 Runners-up Trophy and Medals to the 15-team squad.

• There will be individual awards in the following categories:

BEST BATSMAN

BEST BOWLER

BEST FIELDER

PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT

MAN OF THE MATCH - GROUP MATCHES, QUARTERFINALS, SEMIFINALS, and FINAL
