1. All matches will be of 12 over innings. There will be 3 matches on each day. Each team will play 2 matches on a day

2. Resting team can lend fielders, those fielders will only bat after all playing team batters gets out

3. Both playing team should agree on fielders borrowed from resting team as that fielder might get batting

4. Borrowed fielders from resting team will only field in inner circle as they will also field for their match. They might field out of inner circle if there is no option for them to find in inner circle

5. Both umpire will be from resting team. Umpire decision is final. No pin points to umpire decision or mistakes

6. 1 bowler can bowl maximum of 3 overs. Borrowed fielders can bowl if all 3 teams captain agrees to

7. Power play will be of 3 overs

8. There will be additional 1 over batting power play which batting team captain can decide and announce before start of over. There will be additional 1 over batting power play which batting team captain can decide and announce before start of over. Maximum 3 players outside inner circle allowed for batting power play. Last over will be batting power play if batting team forget to take batting power play

9. 5 fielders maximum outside of inner circle

10. No runners allowed except batter injured on field

11. Any bowler suspect of chuck action to be reviewed by all 3 captains and should be joint decision

12. Captain is responsible to follow up with their team players and ensure their playing 11 are on field. They can only borrow players if they don't have enough players from their squad on the ground

13. Each inning should complete within 45 minutes. If any team fails to complete overs on time then they docked one fielder outside 24 meters

14. No ball will be hip of the umpire and bowled also not out (ICC rule)

15. Each team will be nominated to reach early on ground and hold pitch, set up boundaries and roll out turns on weekly basis

16. Each captain have 1 unsuccessful DRS in whole match whether its upto captain whether he want to take at the time of batting or bowling. DRS will come into picture after both umpires decision (if any conflict). 20 seconds maximum time to take DRS after umpires decision. If DRS is also not clear than umpire decision will be last decision.

17. Final: 15 overs - 3 overs per bowlers. Finals scheduled on 28/09/2024

18. Boundary Parramatta: 48/24

19. Any new player outside of team squads has to decided on ground and all 3 captains to decide for agreement

20. Toss for league matches has to be done latest at 6.45am. Whichever captain is not present will loss the toss. Representative from team will be okay to complete the toss

21. Below bowlers not allowed to bowl for batting power play from respective teams, captain has to give batting powerplay over to other bowlers from their teams:

Sai Team: Sai, Kapil, Karan, Sujog, Sameer

Ghanshyam Team: Ghanshyam, Chandra, Mayank, Naveen, Nandan

Gopi Team: Gopi, Girish, Arya, Vamsi,  Manish
