All teams must report to the ground on time as scheduled. Any delays will be taken very seriously.
For every 5 minutes a team is late, 1 over will be deducted from their total overs for the match.
For example, if a team arrives 15 minutes late, they will lose 3 overs (since 1 over equals 5 minutes, 15 minutes equals 3 overs).
If both teams fail to report on time, the match will be reduced by the combined amount of time they were late.
