*Rules & Regulations*:
OPL Season 3 **3rd Aug & 4th Aug 2024**
Venue : **Cricket Socials Bengaluru, Gopasandra**
1). Entry fee is 5000 rps per team.
2). 12 Teams will be a part of this event and will get divided into 4 Pools.
3). League matches and semi finals will be of 10 overs and finals will be of 12 overs. But committe can reduce the number of overs depending upon the match situations/weather conditions.
4). Umpires Decision Will be final. No Leg Byes & LBW. Usual Cricketing rules will be followed.
5). In League matches & Semi Finals, only one bowler is allowed to bowl 3 overs and in finals two bowlers can bowl 3 overs . Minimum 5 bowlers need be used in all the matches
6).All the teams can have only maximum of 15 Players in their squad.
7). All the players should be a GM Resident. So requesting all the team captains to take care of this ethically. Committee will review the Playing Squad list before the tournament and also will give a chance to all team captains to raise any concerns they have regarding any player/Players before the tournament. Once the tournament starts there will not be any further discussions regarding this. 31st July 2024, will be the dead line for this. After this date, no more discussions will be entertained regarding this topic.
8). Impact player rule will be applicable to all the teams. At the time of toss, both the captain's has to declare their impact players.
9). All the teams should adhere to the match timings strictly, which will allow us to conduct this tournament smoothly. Organizers has all the rights to take any decisions regarding this tournament.

*Strict Rules To Be Followed In OPL 3.0*
- Teams must report Half an hour before the scheduled start time.
- Teams must agree to start their scheduled match early, if the previous match is getting over before time.No excuse should be given and teams should be flexible.
- If both teams are late by up to 10 minutes of start time, each team will play 8 overs per innings.
- If one team is late by up to 10 minutes of start time, that team's batting innings will be reduced to 8 overs, while the other team will have 10 overs.
- If a team is more than 15 minutes late, the opposing team will be awarded 2 points.
- If both teams are more than 15 minutes late, each team will receive 1 point.
- All matches are initially planned for 10 overs per innings, but organizers has all the rights to reduce the overs per innings based on timing or weather conditions.
