*TOURNAMENT*

1. **Registration and Fees**:

   - Each team is to contribute  8000 for the tournament.

   - Tournament fee to be collected on or before 20th July by the respective captain of their team.

   - Once the total amount is given for the tournament, no additional match fees is required.

2. **Rules and Adherence**:

   - All members should adhere to the rules that are handed over to the captains of each team. 

   - The main umpire and leg umpire will be from the other 2 teams and UMPIRE decision will be final.

    - No arguments to be made with the umpires.

3. **Prizes and Awards**:

   - Winners will receive a cash prize along with trophies.

   - Runners-up will receive a trophy.

   - Trophies will also be given for the best performers in the entire tournament.

   - We will keep you informed about the prize money and the list of trophies by 21st July.  

4. **Match Details**:

   - Matches to be held on 27th July, 3rd of August, and the FINALS on 4th of August.

Venue : HARITHA LIPI GROUND, MEERPET. 

- So, with four teams playing, each team will have to play three matches against the other teams.

    - Matches will consist of 15 overs per innings in the league stage. The final match consists of 20 overs per innings. 

- The matches on both 27th July and 3rd August will run from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. (3 matches on each day)

- The finals will be held on 4th August from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. 

- The top two teams from the league stage will compete in the finals.

- It's important to note that no late arrivals will be permitted, so make sure to be on time!

- ⁠Toss will be at 07:00 AM and Match will start at 7:30 AM. So,  all players from the playing team should be available at ground by 6:45 AM. 

  5. **Team Rules**:

       -Each team must finalize a squad of 14 players by 26th July and can finalize  their playing XI before the toss. Captains exchange copies of the playing XI with player names for transparency. Only the designated 14 players are allowed, with substitutes permitted for fielding duties only. Batsmen and bowlers cannot be substituted."

6. **Player Amenities**:

   - Water, Bananas and Energy drinks will be provided to the players during the matches. 

   -  Players are requested to carry water bottles, hand towels, etc… as these will not be provided at the ground.
