1. It’s an open knockout Tournament.
2. Only 32 Teams are participating in the tournament.
3. Each Team will be allowed to play only 16 players in the whole tournament.
4. There’ll be no compromise on Punctuality and discipline.
5. Teams will be divided into four groups and each group will have eight teams.
6. Grouping/Fixture of teams will be decided by ties.
7. From each group one team will qualify for semifinals.
8. Semifinal matches will be decided by ties.
