1. 10 Over Per Side

2. Per innings maximum 45 minute and 5 minute break

3. First 3 over powerplay ( maxinum 2 fielder outside the circle

4. All No ball free-hit

5. Batsmen leg side maximum 5 fielder  allowed   (except bowler and keeper)

6. Minimum of 4 player to be always Inside  circle throughout the match (except  bowler  and keeper)

7. HARD TENNIS BALL

7. ONE Bouncers Per over Allowed, Second Bouncer No ball

8. Captain brief all their players about rules and regulations well in advance

9. Chucking- any bowler found be to be thrown/chuck the ball umpire can call it a no ball immediately. If the same is repeated, he will not be allowed to bowl

10. Respect umpire Decision, APL committee decision will be final
