Team Composition

Each team must consist of six players, including at least one female player.

Each match will consist of 5 overs, with each side having 6 players.

The duration of the break is set at 2 minutes after each innings.

Bowling Regulations

Each bowler is restricted to a maximum of one over per match.

Teams must complete their 5 overs within a 12-minute timeframe. For every additional 2 minutes taken, the batting team will be penalized 5 runs.

Scoring Rules

Runs are scored when the ball is in play, and each run counts towards the team's total.

A ball that contacts the ground or anywhere and then hits the straight net counts as four runs.

A ball that hits the straight net on the full counts as six runs.

Runs resulting from overthrows are permissible.

Each wide ball delivered will concede one extra run to the batting team.

Penalties

A bowler delivering two beamers (balls bowled above waist height) will be suspended from bowling for the remainder of the match.

No-balls result in an additional run for the batting team; however, no Free-Hit is awarded.
