2024 Fleetwood Big Bash Final Schedule

All Rules from the Surrey Schools Cricket League apply except for the following changes:

There is no limit on how many runs a single batsmen can make. 
Each game will consist of 15 overs each side
A Bowler can bowl a maximum of 4 overs each 
Both teams can decide to play with either 9 players or 11 players depending on the availability of the number of players. The captains of both teams must decide this before the toss of the game.
The team list attached should be submitted to the umpire prior to every game at the time of the toss. Failure to do so results in the forfeit of toss to the opposing team. 
Each team is allowed a single substitution for batting and another one for bowling if needed.
These subs must be noted on the team list submitted to the umpire at the toss prior to the start of the game. No changes can be made thereafter.
The toss of the game is to commence 15 minutes prior to the start time of the tournament. (Ex. Start time is 8:30 AM, the two captains must meet the umpire by 8:15 AM for the toss. If one captain fails to do so by this time, they forfeit the toss to the opposing team. 
The team that finishes 1st place after the first two games advances to the Finals directly on June 28th. The 2nd and 3rd place teams will play in the Semi-Finals on Friday June 28, 2024, where the winner will play the 1st Place seed in the Finals.
Each game MUST be completed within 2.5 hour slot provided. Any delays will result in the agreement of the umpire and two captains to reduce the game to 12 overs per side. 
There will be two Players of The Game for each game. One from each team. 
The new ball will be provided by the umpire at the beginning of the match
Any altercations, use of cursing words or profanity towards players, coaches or the umpires will result in a direct disqualification of the player from the tournament. 
The final decision is to be made by the umpire on every ball. Only captains and coaches of each team is allowed to get clarification on a decision. 
All other rules for outs, bouncers, no balls and wides apply from the Surrey School Cricket League.
