1. Tournament will be played with 8 teams. Match will be played 16 overs a side. Only one Bowler can bowl Maximum of 4 overs.
2. Tournament will be played with Impact player rule. I.e. One Player will do only bowling and one Player will do only batting. Playing squad will be of 12 players but only 11 fielders will be allowed at the time of fielding.
Impact Player should be available at the time of match starts. The teams fielding first have to
introduce their Impact players with in starting 6 overs of the match. The player who comes after 6 overs of fielding will not be considered in playing 12.
Every Player of the match should be present on ground within 6 Overs of First Innings. If any player from first batting team comes after 6 Overs of their innings then he is not allowed to play that match.
3. List of 16 players of the team to be provided by captain before the tournament starts. It is opponent captain's responsibility to check playing 12 before the start of the match.
4. A team can change 2 players from their squads who have not played a single match before 4th League Match. After that no changing in squad. A player who has already played in any 1 of first 3 matches will not
be replaced.
5. A player can play only in one team. However can field as a substitute.
6. Substitute is allowed in your team for any 6 overs of the match. Any player can field as substitute.
7. Pitch for the match is decided by captains only. As we are playing 8 teams so which team will occupy main pitches they can play there. So if any captain wants to play on good pitch come early and reserve the pitch for themselves.
8. Any type of No ball will be free hit to batsman.
9. Over height of the head is given a one bounce warning. If the ball is not connected to bat, it is considered as a wide. 2nd over height ball will be a no ball.
10. Retired hurt is allowed, if the umpires thinks there is a genuine reason to believe.
11. Only 2 by runner is allowed for two batsman. Last 2 overs runner not allowed.
12. New ball for each innings of the match.
13. 4 Overs powerplay in a Match. 2 Over Batting Powerplay and 2 Overs Bowling Powerplay. Batting Powerplay can be taken by captain by any time in between 3 to 12 overs. Batting team captain will decide for Batting powerplay overs and Bowling powerplay is fix first two Overs. If captain don’t complete their
powerplay over before starting of 12th over then after that no powerplay. Only 2 Fielders allowed outside the circle in powerplay. Afterwards 4 Fielders should be inside the circle till the match ends. Otherwise the
bowl will be a no ball.
14. Scoring, schedule and points table, man of the match, best bowler, best batsman is calculated through cricheroes app.
15. Match will be started maximum 7:00 am o clock and it is Captain's responsibility to start match by 7:00 am.
16. Pitch also captains Responsibility.
17. To make the tournament in a friendly atmosphere any of the above rules can be relaxed by mutual
agreement of captains.
18. If Rain comes after 4th over of 2nd innings. Then result will be given by DLS method. No Rematch will be there.
19. If match does not completed due to any of arguments. Then no rematch will be there and no point will be given to any of the team. If any of matches is not completed due to arguments then both the teams lost that match. There will be no point and no rematch for them. So I am requesting all teams to please play fair game and enjoy the game do not go in any arguments at the match time.
