Players per team : 7

Power plays : 1st 2 overs Bowling powerplay

Another 2 overs before 9th, batting power-play.

Batting team to decide when to take power-play based on bowler. It need not be 2 overs together.

Power-play restriction : Only 1 player outside 3-run boundary.

Bowling restriction : 1 bowler - 3 overs max, 2 bowlers - 2 overs max.

Runs :

2D on Wall, mid-partition line

4/6 on the fence on front (after 2nd poll from the gate), on the basket ball poll on the front.

 

Out :

Shot being hit outside the court directly.

Above the mid-fence excluding the mid-line.

Bowled, Caught out, hit-wicket

 

Retire hurt  :

Retired players can come back only if all the players get out (except last man).

Last man :

Only allowed if no other player is left.

 

Substitution rule : 

Max 3 players can be replaced only if

1. team official players are not available (including tentative players).

2. substituted player belongs to same or lower rating category. 

if enough substitutes are not available, team need to play with less players. No change in any rules for them.

Time restriction :

1. Each match must start on scheduled time and end on scheduled time.

2. Fine of 50/- for slower bowling rate.

3. Fine of 50/- for the team which does not show-up on time.

4. Number of overs will be reduced if team(s) dont show-up on time.

 

League Round :

Pools :

2 pools of 3 teams each,

Each team of a Pool plays with each of the 3 teams of other pool.

Schedule will be Friday Eve 2 matches starting 9 pm. , Sat Ev 2 matches, Sun - 2 mathes in the morning (8 am) , 2 in the eve.

Tournament dates 7-9 Feb, 15-16 Feb.

 

Top 4 teams based on Number of points play Semi-finals, 1 Vs 4 & 2 vs 3.

If rankings tie ( within top 4), Semis matches will be randomly decided.

if ranking ties for top 4, Super Over will decide the winner. 1 Super over followed by Bowl out if needed.
