Tournament Rules and Regulations:

1. The tournament is restricted to members of PW Only.

2. The tournament will be conducted in the Double Elimination model.

3. Matches will be played with Vicky cricket tennis ball.

1. All Players are required to play only in proper cricketing dress (Wearing Kit would be provided by PW).

2.  In a completed inning, a minimum of five bowlers should be used.

3. The first over of an innings shall be Mandatory power play. Only two fielders shall be    allowed to field outside the 30-yard circle.

4. Rain rules: If a match cannot be completed due to rain.

5. During the league phase, the winner shall be decided based on better overall run rate, provided the second batting team has completed a minimum of three overs. Otherwise, equal points would be divided between both the teams.

6. In case of Knock out matches (Quarter Final, Semi Finals and Final) The match would be abandoned and would be starting from the same stage of the previous  day.

7. During the league phase, a team shall be awarded 2 points for a win, zero points for a loss, and 1 point for a draw/abandoned/tie match.

8. In case of a tie in a knockout match, the winner shall be decided in Super over. If the situation doesn’t permit super over or if super over also ends up in a tie, bowl out method shall be availed either on regular pitch or on any alternate provisions.

9. The position of a team in a pool is decided by the total points earned, if found equal net run rate will be taken into consideration.

10. Teams are required to declare players participating in each match before the toss.

11. If any team fails to report in time, the opponents will be given a walkover.

12. The umpire decision would be binding and followed at all times, In case of any dispute only the captain would be allowed to interact with the umpire or committee. Umpire and Committee decisions would be binding.

13. One Bouncer per over is allow (Bouncer over-head will be called as Wide or No-ball as per the rule of the game)

14. Super-Sub are not allowed.

15. LBW will not be a mode of getting out.

16. All other rules of International Cricket (Namely Overthrows, Head High Wide and No Balls will be in effect)
