Refresh team members only empowered to invade inside the ground during the match, to supply requirements and refreshments, for all players in play area.
Result will be declared after the discussion made with team captains and the tournament Referee, about the match disturbed by rain. The match will be re-scheduled at the end of the round if it is required.
