1. In this tournament 4 teams will participate.
2. Registration of players :
* Maximum 15 (fifteen) players can register their Names.
* All the players must be belongs to the concerned single college.
* They have to submit their college ID Card and their Phone number before registration.
3. Mode of Matches :
* A match of total 24 overs i.e 12 overs innings for each team will be played between two sides.
* The FINAL match will be of 30 overs. ( 15 overs each).
* Match will be played with Red Nivia Ball .
* Each team will deposit 8 new ball for whole tournament.
* Over limits for bowler per innings maximum 3 overs in league match and 6 over in Finals.
* Reporting time 30 minutes before match. In case getting late there will be no toss.
* Duration of per innings is :- 1 hr
* Interval between innings :- 10 min ( After 6th over in league match and 7th over in Final )
* Nominated players i.e 11 players can bat, bowl & wicket keeping.
* Restrictions of players :- During power play 6 (six) over maximum 2 fielders allowed outside of the circle. After 6 over maximum 5 fielders allowed outside of the circle.
* Keeper and fielder who goes rest, must field for 1 over before going for bowling.
* Bounce delivery :- 1 (one) bounce delivery is allowed in an over. In case of more than 1 (one) bounce ball, that ball will be declared as a No Ball.
* Jersey :- Each team should have bring their own jersey. Without jersey team can not play.
* Disagreement and Dispute :- Where there disagreement or dispute about any matter, the umpires together shall make the final decision. During match umpires shall be the soul judges.
4. No LBW, no Leg bye will be there. Only Bye and overthrow will be there.

5. Points in League Matches and system of break a Tie :-

* In League stage of the tournament,the points be earned by the team would be as under:

A) Win / Match Awarde - 2 (Two) points.

B) Tie / Drawn - SUPER OVER,

C) Match lost- 0 point.

* In the event of points of more teams within the group become equal after the league stage,

Highest Net Run Rate will be applied to determine the team qualified to play knock out stage.(as per Cricheros Apps).

* If any knock out match is tie, SUPER OVER shall commence within 10 (Ten) minutes after conclusion of the match.

* If any knock out match is stopped/delayed due to weather, light or any other reason, the match will start from the same situation on same day or next day.

* Top 2 (two) teams will qualify for the final.

6. Prizes :-

A)Champion team will be rewarded Champion trophy.

B) Runner up team will be rewarded Runners trophy.

C) In every match best player will be rewarded.

D) Best batting of the series will be rewarded.

E) Man of the series will be rewarded.
