ABOUT The journey of TFCL started from the autumn of 2017 when like minded Travel Agents decided to play recreational cricket matches on Sunday mornings. These recreational matches started getting competitive and matches started becoming very interesting with nail biting finishes!! Cricket as you know is the greatest religion of India, and in no time there were more than 25-30 players to started to show up for these Sunday morning recreational matches. That is where the idea of a cricket tournament among the members of the travel fraternity started. After many months of cricket practice and deliberation, finally the 1st edition of the Travel Fraternity Cricket League (TFCL) was organized over 2 consecutive Sundays (1st April & 8th April 2018) with 4 participating teams. The success of the 1st year left all us wanting for more!!! The plan for the 2nd edition started as soon as the winners of the 1st edition lifted the trophy. With the intention to be more inclusive and expand our reach across the Travel and Tourism Spectrum, TFCL joined hands with TOAA to make the 2nd edition bigger, more extravagant and a fiesta!!! Thus TOAA TFCL was born. The 2nd edition of TFCL was organized in an IPL like fashion where the players were put under the hammer!!! In order words the players were auctioned and the team promoters bid for the players of their choice with virtual points that was allotted to each team at the start of the auction. Thus marking the beginning of the 2nd edition. After a month of practice with their respective teams, the tournament finally started on 15th, 16th and 17th of Feb,2019 at Judges Field, With 6 participating teams divided into 2 pools. The scenes of the tournament were something to behold!!! The field was full of audience showing their love, support and encouragement for their team of choice. The 3 day-night event became one of the most successful event of the Travel and Tourism Industry. It turned out to be a fiesta.. an extravagant fiesta!!! We marked our presence with the event and TOAA TFCL was truly born. And now Ladies and Gentlemen we are back for our 3rd edition of TOAA TFCL, with the aim to make it even Bigger and Better On 7,8,9 Febuary at Latasil ground and 13 & 14 Febuary at judges field. With 15 over match. Have group match between Six teams name as Titans by Lets See Tours and Travels. Riders by Humdum Travel. Daredevils by Tribal planet and D'Trenz Tours and Travels l. Warriors by Glanced and Meenakshi Tours and Travels. SMACSHERS by Excellency Travels & Thunders by Palak and KMJ Travels
