Participating Teams:

The tournament will consist of four participating teams.

Each team will represent a organization.


Format: 
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with each team playing against every other team once.
The top two teams from the round-robin stage will advance to the final match.


Team Composition:
Each team will consist of a maximum of 11 players.
A minimum of 7 players is required to form a team.
Teams must submit their playing XI before the toss.


Match Duration:
Each match will consist of 20 overs per side.
Both innings should be completed within 3 hours.


Time Penalty:
If a team fails to complete their innings within the allotted time, a time penalty will be imposed.
For every 1 minute the team exceeds the allocated time, 1 run will be deducted from their total score.
If a team exceeds the time limit by more than 10 minutes, they will face further penalties at the discretion of the match referee, which may include fines or suspension of players.


Powerplay:
In the first six overs of each innings, only two fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.



Bowling Restrictions:
No bowler can bowl more than 4 overs in a T20 match.
In case of a reduced-overs match, the maximum number of overs per bowler will be adjusted accordingly.


Fielding Regulations:
Teams must maintain the spirit of the game and avoid any form of time-wasting behavior.
The fielding team must not indulge in excessive appealing or delaying tactics.


Umpire Decisions:
Umpire decisions are final and binding.
Decision Review System (DRS) will not be available.
Rain Interruptions:

In case of rain interruptions, the revised target will be determined based on the number of overs bowled.


Code of Conduct:
Players and team officials must adhere to the tournament's Code of Conduct.
Any breach of the code may result in disciplinary action.


Prize Distribution:
Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and the runners-up.



Safety and Security:
Adequate safety measures will be in place to ensure the well-being of players, officials, and spectators.
Amendments:

The tournament organizers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations if necessary, with prior notice to all participating teams.
