Annual red tennis ball cricket tournament conducted by the Eruvadi Muslim Association of Nellai (EMAN), Dubai, a non-profit organization involved in charitable activities in Nellai district, Tamil Nadu through its members in UAE. 

FORMAT:

The group stage involves a single round robin format of all teams. At the end of the group stage, the top two teams will progress to the final. 
The ball to be used will be heavy red tennis. 
All teams can play with 12 men; however, only 11 must be fielded at all times. 

RULES:

1. Each match will be a T10, except the final, which will be a 12 or 14 over match, depending on time. 

2. The new ball will be taken at the beginning of each innings; so two balls will be used per match. 

3. All extras, including wides, no-balls, byes and leg byes, are included. Overthrows are also allowed. 

4. No free-hits will be granted for no-balls. 

5. No more than 5 fielders must be present in the outer circle. 

6. The first 2 overs of each innings is a powerplay. No more than 2 fielders should be in the outer circle. 

7. Players are allowed to appeal to the umpires for a decision. However, if the umpire persists with his decision, all players must accept it, even if the decision is wrong. 

8. At all times, a minimum of 4 fielders must be inside the inner circle, excluding the bowler and the wicketkeeper. 

9. Every bowler has a maximum limit of 2 overs. Only two bowlers are allowed 3 overs each.
