Rules for the tournament:
• 30-yard circle rule will be introduced from knockout stage.
• Safety gear is compulsory when-ever required as per MCA. (Umpire Final call)
• Rest all standard rules apply as per MCA T20 rules.
• Teams are divided into four groups. Three teams in each group. Total of 12 teams. Two
Teams from each group will qualify for the Quarter Finals.
• All Matches will be played in T20 format with Red Ball. Matches will not be postponed.
• Maximum dependents 5 for Hydro’s & 4 for Mumbai divisions, dependents are allowed to
represent all divisional teams. Remaining players in the teams should be permanent
/Project roll employees/ Trainees/Trade Apprentices/Fixed Duration Associates (FDA’s).
• All Division Contact men /captains should ensure that members of their teams should wear
proper Cricket clothes (whites) and cricket shoes. Otherwise, the Umpires will not allow
them to play the game.
Match timings:
1st Match: 09.30 am to 12.30 pm
2nd Match: 1.15pm to 04.15pm
Points System:
Winners 4 points
Losers – 0 points
Tie Match or Result not obtained with or without
weather interference: 2 point Each
League Phase qualification –
• Top 2 teams of each group will qualify for quarterfinals
• In event of two teams are on same points – Team with highest wins will qualify.
• In case points are same and number of wins are also same, then the team who won the
match against the other team in the league ground will qualify automatically.
• If all the above points are not met, then the teams with better Net run rate (NRR) would
decide who qualifies.
• If there is tie in Knockout stage, MCA rules will be applied.
The Organizing committee comprising of the following members will be responsible to
conduct this tournament. The committee is empowered to use its discretion on any
point covered / not covered by the circular. Their decision will be final and binding for
all.
