1. 18 players list to be provided with photograph. 

4 replacements will be allowed at any point of time in the tournament and replaced player will not be allowed further.

3. In all cases D&L will decide match result in case of bad light, rain or any other if in second inning minimum six over is bowled. 

Umpire is going to decide the same and his decision will be final, no matter at what time rain has intervened. 

4.If 26 over cannot be completed, match will be replayed from the start

6. In case of any dispute between two team, rest 6 captains will share the final decision after mutual discussion. 

7. Batting team will decide before the start  of the innings,which side he want to start the batting, 10-10 overs will be bowled from each side. Both captains can mutually still decide if they want to bat full innings from one side. 

8. Cancelled matches will be moved to end, and normal schedule will go on as per plan. 

9.Ground owner name and payment number will be flashed in advance. 

10. Every captains will share three representative name for scorers to be nominated in cricheroes. 

11. Playing 12 (11 players 1 sub if available) option will be available with any 11 can bat and ball, but no new new members can be added in the squad once match will start. 

12. One team can have super sub even if second team has only 11 players. 

13. Fielding can be done by any non playing member in starting 11 except Batting, bowling and wicket keeping. 

14. No runner is allowed ( exceptional cases opposition captain can still allow for a runner on request) 

15. Fibre bat, not allowed only wooden bat allowed. 

16. In case of any dispute, only two captains and umpire  will make any decision. 

17. In case of simultaneous no & wide ball, no ball will be called and free hit will be given..

18. if any player/player's from listed 12 players is/are not available on the field before start of the match, he/they can join max by 6th over of the first inning, if the said player is not available by the end of 6th over then, rule no. 13 will be applicable on those players. captain to inform the same to the opponent captain before start of the match and also after arrival of the player on the field..

19. *Every team will have to pay one match fee in advance & trophies fee which will be adjusted in last league match.*

20. If any team is not available as per schedule, advance will be forfeited and opponent team will get bye and point. 

21. Every team will have to reach half an hour before schedule time, team responsible for any delay will have one over deducted from their quota for every five minute delay and ground owner can decide tbe overs basis time left. But if any one team is culprit, in that case, min 2 overs ( max 4)will be deducted from their quota. 

22. IPL type format will be there with each team playing each other twice and 4 top teams will qualify for the next round. 

23. Top two team will play Qualifier 1 and 3 & 4 ranked teams will play eliminator, and so on as per IPL format. 

24. Ground fee needed to be paid to designated person at the end of match. 

25. No verbal and physical abuse is allowed and concerned player or team will be removed from the tournament if there is any such instances after the deliberation by comittee members.
