No Entry Fees: Teams can participate without any initial payment. (A small amount can be deposited with discussion)

• Self-Managed Matches:

o Each team will play against every other team once.

o Example: If there are 10 teams, each will play 9 matches.

• Own Arrangements: Each team will bear their own costs for field bookings, umpires, and match

arrangements.

• Flexible Scheduling:

o Match dates and times must be arranged directly between team captains.

o Scheduling and results will be managed through the CricHeroes app.

Tournament Format

• League Stage:

o All teams play each other twice (Home/Away).

o Points will be updated on CricHeroes after every match.

• Knockout Stage:

o Top 4 teams will qualify for the final rounds based on points.

o Format:

§ Qualifier 1: Team 1 vs. Team 2

§ Eliminator: Team 3 vs. Team 4

§ Qualifier 2: Loser of Qualifier 1 vs. Winner of Eliminator

§ Final: Winner of Qualifier 1 vs. Winner of Qualifier 2

Final Match Expenses

• All costs for the final match, trophies, and prizes will be shared equally by the Top 4 teams.

• This cost must be contributed by all Top 4 teams before starting the qualifying matches.

Championship Recognition

• A trophy will be awarded to the winning team.

• The champion team will hold the title of T20 Champion for the next 6 or 12 months (final decision to be

confirmed).
