Each match will be played for 20 overs per side.
The ball used will be the 7T-7T RED Tennis Ball.
Powerplay Duration: First 6 overs of each innings.
2 players can be outside the 30-yard circle during Powerplay.
After Powerplay, a minimum of 4 players must be inside the circle.
Each team must report 20 minutes before the start time.
If a player is late and the team has already completed 4 overs, that player will not be allowed to play.
The team will have to continue with 10 players.
Captains can use an extra fielder as a replacement from the squad, but must adhere to the fielding rules.
Innings Break will be 10 minutes.
Each team must complete their innings within 70 minutes.
If the team exceeds this time, the number of overs will be cut.
All ICC rules apply, except for LBW (LBW rules will not be enforced).
Umpire’s Decision: Umpires' decisions are final.
Disrespectful Behavior: Any argument with the umpire or disrespectful behavior from players or captains will result in a permanent ban from future HCPL seasons.
Jersey/T-shirt will be provided to each player.
Players must wear black lowers and sports shoes.
Jeans, slippers, shorts, shirts, and trousers are not allowed
