*IF Player is late to report at the venue : Team will have to proceed with the Match with SHORT team

*Bowlers cannot start batting as openers but can come to bat after 2 wickets*

*First 4 batsman including openers won't be allowed to bowl if batting first*

*ONLY ONE ALLROUNDER CAN BAT & BOWL ANYTIME*

**Pace Allowed**
Sidearm Bowling * Not ALLOWED*

*Umpire Decisions will be the last decision ( -5 runs if anyone argues with umpires decision)

*IMP-- NO video check allowed between the match*
