❖ The tournament is scheduled in the month of November-2024 starting from 09.11.2024 (Saturday) and complete fixtures will be announced before the start of the tournament. Once match scheduled there will no changes and requests for changes will not be entertained. 
❖ All matches will be played at Doon Strikers Cricket Club, SGRR , Bindalpul Dehradun. Two grounds have been booked there and per day 4 league matches are scheduled.    
 ❖ No matches will be changed at any stage (Except Natural Calamities or any unexpected situation), and every team has to play as per the fixture announced by the organizer.
❖ In the event of rains, overs can be reduced. If one inning is completed and second inning’s 5 overs completed and there is no further play during the day, the result of match will be decided based on DLS methods showing in cricheros. If no play, match will be rescheduled on another day. 
❖ The League will be played on T-25 formats with Red Ball and in White Dress only.
❖ 3 Pools, 3 League Matches to all teams.
❖ 12 Teams from different Banks are participating in this tournament .
❖ Top 2 Teams from each pool will be qualified for quarterfinals and two teams will be selected on the basis of points and NRR from remaining 6 teams.
❖ List of 15 Players have to provide to the organiser before starting of the tournament and later on there will be no changes allowed in the squad.
❖ It is mandatory that all the players must be from same Bank and having a valid ID Card issued by the Bank. No contractual employees will be allowed only regular and permanent employees of the Bank can participate in this tournament.
 ❖ 2 Players from the subsidiaries (Only BancaChannel) of same Bank can be added in the playing list subject that they have associated with the same Bank with minimum 3 years of service. (Proof of the same must be provided- copy of appointment letter etc.)
❖ All Team Captains will provide copy of Employee I-Card or Pay Slip for their all employees before the starting of tournament.
❖ No Professional / Academic /Pro Players associated with CAU, or affiliated with any other Board are allowed. No Sport Quota player also allowed for the same.
 ❖ League matches timing will be as under (for both grounds):
 1st Match – Reporting Time -8.30 AM ,
Toss Timing-8.45 AM-
Match Start – 9.00 AM (Sharp)
2nd Match -Reporting Time-12.30 PM ,
Toss Timing-12.45 PM- Match Start – 1.00 PM (Sharp)
All timing scheduled includes the inning breaks also. All teams have strictly to maintain the given time slot if any delay in reporting or completing the overs in given time, the penalty will be imposed to the erring team as per the decision of the umpires.
 ❖ Players have to bring their own playing kit (White Batting Pads /Bat /Helmet /Gloves etc..) and ensure to take all necessary precautions on the field for safety and security purpose. The organiser will not be liable for any kind of injury or miss happening with any player.
 ❖ Playing list of 13 players have to provided before starting of the match. Team can use their 13 players as per their needs. (Like super sub or impact)
❖ All matches will be play as per BCCI rules and regulations and umpire decision will be the final decision. If any team found using of abusing/foul language with umpires or any officials, that team will be disqualified from the tournament and no entry fees will be refunded. ❖ Attractive (Winner Trophy Rs 31,000/-) and (Runner Up Trophy Rs20,000) for the finalist alongwith momentous for all 15 players for both finalists.

 ❖ Foods will be provided by the committee to all teams during the matches.
❖ All players must wear white jersey (upper and lower) during the match, no color dress will be allowed during the match.
❖ Live scoring and live streaming for all matches in Cricheros app, and on UK Sports YouTube Channel.
 ❖ Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited and banned in grounds (being a school campus). Captains of all teams will take responsibilities of this and ensure the same.
❖ Due to shortage of parking space, it is requested to all teams’ players that they must come in two-wheeler as four-wheeler parking space is limited in campus.
 ❖ It is further expected to maintain the cleanliness in ground while players using foods and beverages in grounds.  
❖ All teams and players are responsible for their belongings and organiser will not responsible if any item left in the ground by any player.
❖ Only players who are posted in Uttarakhand or having domicile of Uttarakhand are allowed in this tournament.
