     (Otherwise whole game will continue with
       reported no of players) 

2) 2nd match reporting time:-12:15PM
                                Start time:-12:30PM
     IF 9PLAYERS reported at 12:15PM
      (Minimum 9otherwise walk over) 
     REST 2players last reporting:-12:45PM
     (Otherwise whole game will continue with
       reported no of players) 

3) IMPACT PLAYER reporting :-before 1st innings

4) Minimum 5 overs game can be played if rain                         intrupts

5) On rain effected day both teams has to
     report On time otherwise other team will
      get walk over point(committee will inform
      about reporting) 

6) If in any match the ball is not delivered then
     the match will be rescheduled but  if1 ball is
     also bowled and the game is interrupted and 
     the game is not resumed then the point will
      be shared till 5 overs of game time

7) on field umpires decision will be last decision 
      At any condition

8) If a team gives a walkover, in that condition
     also it is compulsory to pay the full match
     fee to the committee

9) In rain effected matches revised target will
     Consider by only D/L METHOD

10) In any disputed condition Organising
       committe Decision will be last decision

11) All matches will be played under ICC and
        BCCI rules
